My first visit to Pittsburgh was just over three years ago. Because I was only going to be there for four days, I thought that I could get by without renting a car. However, when I returned home after my trip, I realized that I could have experienced a lot more if I had rented a car while I was in Pittsburgh. Even though a lot of my time in Pittsburgh was spent in meetings, I still had plenty of free time that I could have used to check out the city. Instead, I ended up sitting in my room most of the time and watching a couple of new releases (most of which were pretty boring).
As you can probably guess, when I returned to Pittsburgh two years later, one of my top priorities on my to-do list was to arrange for a rental car. I did some searching online, and ended up choosing Hertz for my car rental (they were running a great special at the time). When I arrived in Pittsburgh, my rental car was waiting for me, and instead of sitting in my hotel room, I got to go out and have a great time throughout the city.
